Vertical precast-concrete fins that filter the western sun without blocking the view.
Each fin is turned a few degrees differently depending on its position, set to cut the summer afternoon sun and let the winter sun through.
412 fins were made in a workshop in Toledo and craned into place in six weeks, while the services went in inside.
