Retícula Headquarters
An office headquarters with a load-bearing facade: the concrete grid is the structure.
Carrying the loads through the facade leaves the floors column-free: 18-metre spans the company can rearrange without building work whenever a team changes.
The grid was cast in reusable 1.2 m steel formwork, and the openings vary in depth with orientation: deeper to the south, almost flush to the north.
